The Centre's main role is to encourage inter-disciplinary and inter-institutional research into zoonoses.  Some projects within which the Centre or its staff plays an important role include:

  • Food-borne zoonotic pathogens - VTRI
  • Infectious disease ecology in wildlife
  • Antibiotic resistance
